We finished our class read-aloud, Dewey, The Library Cat. It was a very touching story. Mrs. Ryan got a little emotional, so Hannah Banana stepped up and read a chapter for Mrs. Ryan while she cried like a baby. We also got to watch a documentary by CBS about Dewey. It was really neat to see the real Dewey in action and to hear about the stuff we had just finished reading about. We also got to see what the real Vicki looked like. We definitely enjoyed this read-aloud a lot.
